One week later and the water is about 1m higher! Strangely, this section of raod is easy to drive even when flooded - the surface seems to hold together. But the worst bits to drive often don't look at all dramatic!
PS - I have in my mind a photo of a rainbiw, taken from the jeep, as we drive through a flooded road so that we have a secondary rainbow coming from our spray. Question is: Would our 'artificial' rainbow be in the same place (from the camera's view) as the real rainbow? I think that perhaps they might, so you'd only get to see one rainbow... Anyone with a degree in physics going to answer this one?...
That's the ROAD? Incredible. Welcome to the rainy season I guess :o)

ReplyDeletenaomi, it does look like a canal or somewhere in the Norfolk broads. Has a surreal photoshop pieced together feel though I know it has not. Win x
