The moon was about half an hour ahead of the sun, straight above it in the sky. They will almost be near enough to eclipse tomorrow morning - which in practice means I won't be able to see anything other than a normal sunrise!

ReplyDeleteYes Win - I'm beginning to notice a pattern in the Blogger photo rendering - if there is a 'plain' area and a strong contrasting object next to it, then there seem to be waves of interference around the object. As though there is some radiation coming from it! With very 'busy' images, with a lot of detail, this isn't noticable, but with this image, it really shows up.
